Any personal information you share, whether during
our sessions, in written communication, or through the
booking process is kept strictly confidential.
All RTT sessions are conducted in a safe respectful
and judgment free space. I adhere to professional
Ethical standards. I will never share your information
with a third party. What you choose to share stays
between us.
If you ever have questions or concerns about privacy,
please do not hesitate to reach out. I want you to feel
completely safe and supported throughout this journey.
What data do I keep and why do I need It?
Name and age – this is basic information that helps
me get to know you.
Address, email address, phone number – I use this
as a way of contacting you regarding our sessions.
I will use the method you choose to be
contacted by, unless I cannot reach you.
Next of kin/emergency contact/medical professional’s
details – if I was to believe that you were at risk, I may
need to contact your next of kin/emergency contact/
or medical professional with your consent.
Will I share your data and if I do, who will I share it with
and for what purpose?
It is very unlikely that I will share your data. I will not sell
It on or use it for unethical reasons. I may have to share
it if my notes are subpoenaed by court. If you or anyone
you tell me about is at harm or risk of harm I may have to
pass this information on.
How will I store your data?
Data collected through my website is secure, encrypted
and PIPEDA compliant. Any notes taken during the
session will be stored securely in a locked filing cabinet.
It is mainly stored as a hard copy in a locked filing cabinet.
Only I will have access to your information.
How long will I store your data and how will I dispose
of it?
I will keep your details and session notes for the time
required by my certifying body (currently 10 years).
After this time, I will destroy any documents with your
personal information and delete your phone number
out of my mobile phone.
